This traditional, Japanese restaurant offers one of the area's widest varieties, from sea urchin to fried soba noodles. The sushi bar features made-to-order rolls and other menu highlights include ton katsu, a thinly sliced, deep fried pork cutlet and a tempura-soba soup. As in Japan, high regard is given to presentation and every dish looks as pleasing as it tastes.
