Best known for its gourmet coffee and espresso drinks and homemade pastries, the Atlanta Bread Company is not exactly what comes to mind with the words "fast food." But that's what it is -- an upscale coffeehouse that also serves breakfast, lunch and dinner items, including tasty sandwiches on their fresh-baked breads. Try a honey-maple ham sandwich on honey wheat bread, a peanut butter and jelly sandwich on sourdough, or a mix-and-match combo with any bread and filling. Get it to go, or enjoy your food at a well-lit table -- this place is great for dining alone (it's a good people-watching spot!).

Pretty good for quick lunch
chicken sandwiches are excellent. Didn't wait long at all.
WAY TOO SLOW
There are three places in the restaurant you can order and pick up food. If you happen to pick the wrong place, you can stand there for a half an hour and wonder why no one is waiting on you.
This happened to us on a Sunday afternoon when we just wanted a cookie and glass of iced-tea. We waited behind seven people in the main line to be told we should go to the pick-up line to order just tea. Then we stood there for another 16 minutes while the one young girl kept calling numbers for patrons to pick up their sandwiches. We finally got sick of being treated like cattle, went over to Zoe's across the street and were served immediately.
SUCKS
overrated, overpriced, and their heath rating is VERY LOW!!!!
Be careful eating here, food poisioning is probable!!

Love their soups, good sandwiches, but the best is the chicken salad! Gotta love the ABC.
