Papa Chano Mexican food
It is like most Mexican restaurants in Monterey--micro waved food and little diversification but ample servings and moderate cost. Not my selection.
Papa Chano's
Never ever eat at Papa Chano's. There kitchen is infested with cockroaches and harmful bacteria. They rarely pass their health exam!
