If you're shopping at The Barnyard, here's a pleasant place to stop in for a breakfast of waffles or inch-high cinnamon French toast, or a hearty sandwich or homemade soup for lunch. Nothing is great, but those who love simple all- American platters of chow will be pleased. The dinner specialty is grilled meats in barbecue sauce, and beer and wine are served.

A From Scratch Regular
This is a great restaurant. Everything is fresh and well prepared. The service is great too. I especially love the eggs Benedict and the Huervos Rancheros. I eat at From Scratch every time I visit the Monterey Penninsula
