This is a small restaurant with very good food. The ribs are cooked on a big grill located in front of the business attached to a pickup truck. You must come early to receive your favorite dish or else it will be sold out. I have seen the cook sit a home made cake in the cake dish on the counter a customer will pay for the whole cake that had been sliced. Many VIP's have visited this restaurant and usually returns to the restaurant while in town. Many (State Representatives from different states has visited this operation.) I have seen only two cooks turn out enough food for a catering job to feed 500. The information that I have gathered that the companies were satisfied and continue to order from them. This food establishment is closed on Sunday and Monday. I have seen them open on those days for a special occasion and they usually have enough food for the group they are serving as well as their established customer base. I recommend that those who have not tried this restaurant that you should. They have alot of good home made vegetables too. They have collard greens every day fresh made potato salad cheesy macaroni and cheese, sweet baked beans, candied yams, lima beans, black eye peas, fried corn, and other side items. Desserts are Red Velvet, Peach Cobbler, sometimes apple and blackberry cobbler, pound cake, chocolate cake, all of the desserts are homemade and sell very fast.  More Reviews
