Rainforest Cafe   

Take a tropical vacation to the Rainforest Cafe and indulge in creative cuisine in an exotic setting that includes an indoor rain forest, cascading waterfalls, a fiber-optic starscape, live birds and giant aquariums. The menu features appetizers, sandwiches, salads and entrees with a Caribbean flair, and a list of fruit drinks that can be made with or without spirits. Signature entrees include the Cedar Wood Selections, a choice of farm-raised Atlantic Salmon Fillet or Jumbo Black Tiger Shrimp seared on a cedar plank and served with red-skinned garlic mashed potatoes and braised Napa vegetable slaw. Chicken, beef and vegetarian selections are also listed, as well as a brownie cake called a Giant Chocolate Volcano and the traditional Key Lime Pie.
