Located in New Orleans historic uptown neighborhood, this independently owned music store has Latin flair. Musica Latina specializes in both used and new selections. You will be able to thumb through CDs, cassettes and vinyl. While Latin music is the most abundant, the collection is not limited to Latin legends like Tito Puente. The work of other musical genre artists, such as soul queen Aretha Franklin are also available. In general, you will find also find some rock music, as well as, rhythm and blues. As for its Latin music selection, the store offers more Latin jazz than Tejano. Whether you need mambo or salsa, Musica Latina will have something for you.
