The Dish: Ruth's Chris Steakhouse has been serving up some of the tastiest steaks around (at moderate prices) since the first one opened in New Orleans in 1965. This family-oriented restaurant offers fresh seafood, chicken, veal, lamb, salads and vegetables, in addition to its savory filet, NY strip, porterhouse, rib-eye and T-bone steaks. Those not interested in beef should give the mushrooms stuffed with crabmeat, the fresh lobster or the stuffed chicken breast a go-around. An extensive wine list is also offered. Top off your meal with a slice of chocolate sin cake - that is, if you have room for dessert. Lunch is available at some locations. The Atmosphere: Each location is decorated according to local tastes.
