You might drive past Mosca's if you don't keep your eyes peeled for the drab white clapboard roadhouse. The decor is reminiscent of a stereotypical Mafia movie with dim lights, worn wood floors, and mismatched tables and flatware. The food is all garlic, all Sicily. Natural meat juices, olive oil, and fresh Italian herbs permeate all of the dishes and you can't go wrong with any of the family-style fare, especially the baked oysters or hard-shell crabs. The wine list is full of familiar Italian favorites that may not impress connoisseurs with its range but will brilliantly compliment the foods smothered in garlic, rosemary, butter, and yes, more garlic. Arrive ready to wait whether you have a reservation or not because no one is in a hurry to leave once the meal arrives. Just make sure to stop at the ATM before heading out because they only take cash here and the meals can be pricy. It's a party every night and you're guaranteed to run into 'old friends' even if you know no one there. -- Isahrai Azaria

One of the best restaurants in town. Family recipes and great service. I have never been disappointed with their meals or service. Out of towners are always welcomed by Johnny and his wife....Don't miss the chancem to eat there

Quite simply, the best food in the best restaurant town in America! The Oyster's Mosca, chicken dishes, pasta, sausage, desserts - whatever you try you will be raving about it to your friends for weeks. Not to be missed!

Only good for the "In Crowd"

Being forced to wait for 2 hours while local politicos enter and are seated, then being served the junk parts of the roasted chicken soured us on EVER returning to Mosca's.

this place is a locals favorite. Pricey food but it is well worth every penny.
