Looking for an upscale, uptown pickup spot where you can meet Mr. Right while avoiding his rowdy, drunken younger brother? Look no further. The 420 serves cocktails to a decidedly civilized crowd of twenty- and thirtysomethings who want to have fun, but don't want to spill anything on their DKNY slacks. Upstairs, there's a sleek art-deco bar. Downstairs, there are couches, a pool table and three televisions. Everywhere, there are Kenneth Cole briefcases.
