Eugene, named for owner-club impresario Gene Dinino, gives a hefty nod to a previous age of frivolity with its posh -- almost campy -- decor, complete with drapy fabric, a freestanding gothic fish tank and low upholstered furniture where guests can lounge gracefully. While most come to drink and be seen in the sprawling lounge, there is also a dining room where serious food is served to a more sedate crowd. The menu aims high with seasonal creations that may include sweet- corn soup, filet mignon or rack of lamb. Though a restaurant within a nightclub is more than a little suspect, Eugene tries to break the stereotype with serious, well-prepared fare. -- Jes Jussevits

Incredible spot! Be with a chic or get a table like my boyz and I did or waite in line!!

Eugene's has to be one of my fave spots to go to on a Saturday night. The drinks are great, the staff is soooo nice and never ever snotty or stuck up, and there is always a great vibe from the crowd. A very happy, chill spot; everyone is there to have a good time.

Saturday May31....
Went out with 3 other guys about Midnight. Crowd outside was crazy. After about 15 minutes we got in. My friend was on the Pulse List. DoorGuy said hello asked what list we were on with no attitude was Mad Cool with rescpect not Above the rest. He turned away 3 other guys in front of us they were not "dressed " and had no ladies. He directed us 2 another guy that was doing the list for Pulse. Ladies at the Door were slammin vibe at Door is How A Bar Should be. They were ALL cool. Place still looks amazing ladies off the hook, cool drinks, DJ was o.k. The 10 guys that the dude turned away were at a table but in all new cloths. I see the owner finally realized that his old DoorGuys snooty attitude was stink! His staff changes work!
Last time I stepped foot in this place the attitude was crazy I swore I would not return! But I wanna hit it again next WKND. Looks like we have a fresh vibe at a cool place once again. Warning bring some cash cause the drinks r not cheap u may spend it on all the beutiful ladies.
