The Scoop: You don't need kids to shop here; in fact, many patrons just come to gawk. Your experience starts at the entrance, where you'll encounter a gigantic teddy bear sculpture and real doormen dressed as toy soldiers. On the ground floor, behind the huge moving sculpture that incessantly blasts a song called 'Welcome to Our World' and the Transformers-looking talking elevator, you'll find the baby department jam-packed with brand name plush animals, hobby horses and educational games. Peruse board games, electronics, sports gear, books and arts-and-crafts. Upstairs showcases collectibles like high-end Madame Alexander, Gene and Barbie dolls, as well as action figures and kids' make-up kits. You'll be hard-pressed NOT to find what you're looking for in this store.The Scene: In a word: tourists. The overlapping conversations make it sound like a veritable Tower of Babel punctuated by children screaming for joy -- or for a toy.
