Flowers By Wild Orchids   

I went to this florist for my invitations and flower needs for my wedding. I decided to first get my invitations and decide on my flowers later - good and bad move. This was a good move because I only made the mistake of ordering my invitations from them...bad move because I ordered my invitations from them. I met with Camille who at first was very nice and understanding. I left a 50% deposit with her for my invitations and told her that I will drop off the balance after I saw the proofs. The proofs had a couple of mistakes which I did not think was a big deal but was actually a forecast of what was to come. She called me everyday for about a week until I dropped off the balance, at which time she said that the invites will be delivered within the week. Two weeks later I called to find out what was going on. Note that I am getting married over a holiday weekend and expressly told her that I would want to get my invitations out during the last week of August. It was now the first week of September and she said that the invitations were mailed out on Friday and should be here within 5-7 days. 10 days later still no invites. I called her back to see what was going on (mind you, she did not have the decency of calling me once to let me know something was wrong)...supposedly, carlson craft shipped the invitations to the wrong flower shop and the invitations were shipped back to the warehouse and then shipped out again. Knowing that an error was made they never offered to have them shipped over night or at least priority. I spoke with Teresa from the flower shop on a Saturday and she told me that the invitations will be there on Tuesday. I very stupidly took the day off from work to get the invitations because I wanted to get them ready as soon as possible. I called Camille to see what was going on - she said that they invitations were not scheduled for delivery until Thursday! I explained to her how unacceptable this all was and she told me in a snobbish tone that she could not do anything and that I she was unable to squeeze blood out for me!! She also promised that the invitations will be here within 24 hours. I waited for Thursday (48 hours later) to roll around and once again, I had my fiance stay home from work to pick up the invitations - they were not there!! The new story was that the UPS driver did not see the package in the truck and did not deliver it with the rest of the package - unbelievable!!! Camille again in a rude and unprofessional tone told me that there was nothing she could do because she was a middle person and has no control over these things but that the invitations will be delivered on Friday. Still do not have the invites! I write this review to warn all the brides to be not to set foot in this flower shop and to run away as fast as possible. Camille may seem sweet at first but she is unprofessional, rude and a liar!! PLEASE BEWARE
