In ShortTVs aren't exactly lacking at this uptown sports bar--they hang from the ceiling, line the wall behind the bar, and appear in every roomy booth. A fireplace and votive-topped tables add a cozy touch to the space otherwise adorned by framed Guinness posters. Video games in front and two pool tables in back allow patrons to be participants rather than spectators, and the after-work rush can become quite a competitive singles scene.

I don't understand the review either. The weekend brunches are a Steal and the black and white puddings here are the best I've ever had.

I don't understand the "overview" at all! I've spent 3 St. Patrick's Days in a row at O'Flanagans and had an absolute ball. Yes, it's a $10 cover, but the wait for a table isn't too long, the crowd is fun and reasonably well-behaved, and, once your get one, the tables are well-serviced. Great Shepherd's Pie and Fish & Chips, delicious Irish Coffee and plenty o'pints of ale and stout. The band they've had for the last 3 years is a lot of fun, don't remember their name, but some folks might remember me from 2000, standing on top of a speaker doing the Unicorn song... yes, I was under the influence, my table companions all had a real great laugh...
