Certain Merchandise like two-box pack of cereals that's sold at a bargain are never shelved the same place so it's often a cat and mouse chase to find where it is on both floors. If I asked 3 salesperson where an item it I am likely to get 3 different responses, this happens too often. After 8pm there are a limited number of cashiers no matter how long the lines are.
