Third & Long   

This place is, quite simply, a place to watch sports on television when you don't want to do it at home. Murray Hillers have their own nightlife scene that gives the neighborhood a sense of community, and this stretch of Third Avenue is where it happens. But you can't rage all the time (can't you?), so this place is the surrogate living room for those who can't miss the game, but don't want to stay at home. -- Dan Glass
