718 Restaurant   

My husband made reservations for 4 on a Saturday night. We arrived at the restaurant on time and were told our table would be ready in a few minutes. Forty-five minutes later, we were still waiting at the bar with no mention from the hostess as to when our table would be ready. When my husband spoke to the manager, his only response was "everyone at the bar is waiting". We wouldn't have minded the wait if we were told that upfront instead of being told "it will be a few minutes; we just have to wipe off the table". Forty-five minutes was a bit much, without even an offer of a drink on the house to make up for the misunderstanding. There are a lot of other restaurants in Queens that offer good food AND good service. We'll patronize those restaurants in the future.

I went for dinner the other night with my girlfriends and had a great timem ...vanilla cream cheese cake was great

The food is amazing, try the special on the weekend out of this world, the dessert are very 212 excellent and the service very attentive.The wine list is very nice for a connaisseur. I really recommend this place.
