The SceneThe handsome, simply appointed dining room has a circus-like atmosphere, with lots of "oohs" and "aahs," clanging of silverware and waiters who relish in talking up the different cuts of beef. The FoodWhen you're ready, green-light the expert cutters by flipping the small disc at your place setting, and you're presented with rounds of pork ribs, short ribs, rib-eye, sirloin, flank steak, brisket, top round, special top round, chicken legs, sausage, pork loin, lamb and the oft-overlooked fish of the day. Most of the beef is nicely charred, teasingly salty and medium roasted so the slices are pink and moist. The poultry and pork loins are flavorful, and pork sausages remain juicy beneath a crisp exterior.

great food & wonderful service
By n8vnewyorker on 06/01/2007
I have never eaten so much in my life! What suprised me what that all the food was high quality, thats not common with all you can eat places. Dont eat for 2 days before you go. I will definately be back, and the service was amazing! every time I turned my head there was someone at my table to serve me. I wish more places had service like that!!

This place is something. Its your own meat and salad and dessert buffet. Highly recommended and I will always take a day to go back to the restaurant

Opinion of a Professional Chef & Culinary Inst. Grad
By ciagraduate84 on 03/30/2005
I have been here about a half dozen times over the past few years. I give this restaurant 4 stars. The food is consistently very good. The service is consistently outstanding. This is an all you can eat establishment, and the quality of the food for the price is suprisingly very good. The salad bar, which contains both hot and cold dishes like sushi and rissotto, is superb. After you finish your salad course the friendly waiters come over to your table with large skewers containing an endless variety of perfectly roasted and seasoned (radizio) chicken, pork and beef. The meat on the skewers are carved to your preference at your table. They also bring over side dishes such as yucca, plantains and mashed potatoes. Try to save a little room for their delicious coconut flan with prune sauce. I would suggest going off hours as it gets chaotic during the dinner-time rush, especially on weekends.
