Went to Evergreen Cafe for Sunday dim sum lunch and were not disappointed. Qualilty of preparation and spicing was excellent, and dim sum were not doughy, heavy or starchy. Will definitely return

always finely prepared, great tasting food. and who would know it would match so well with their wonderful wines. service is as honest and genuine as you can get.

Cafe Evergreen has always been a great restaurant. Now that owner Henry Leung has left Chiam to be at Evergreen full time, all aspects of the restaurant are improving on a daily basis. I have attended many of Henry's wine tastings and winery dinners and they are not to be missed. Henry's warm personality makes everyone feel like family. The restaurant has one of the best wine lists in the city. Very highly recommended.
