From bread flavored with organic vegetables, to pastas such as Green Pea Pappardelle with Wild Boar ragu, Falai imparts every dish with love, passion and a keen eye for detail. Very disappointed . The pasta was not aldente and the bread was very hard. All hype and far from traditional italian cuisine.
