Is that sweet tooth clamoring for a Chinese fix? Fay Da Bakery can surely give you one mean cavity with its array of Chinese desserts such as puffy sweet cream buns and light-as-air Japanese style cheesecake. But if for some reason you can't bother to chew (whether your jaw is wired shut or for some other reason) you can still get a sugar high with a foamy bubble tea. Like simple American iced tea, minus the simple, bubble tea is a sugared mix of tea, milk and huge tapioca pearls that are sucked through an extra wide straw. Get your order to go or sit one of the tables and let the waitresses (outfitted in funny green chambermaid dresses with checkered head-scarves), serve you one of their selections, like mint or almond.
