If you go with someone knowledgeable about dim sum you'll be delighted here. I've been here many times and have tried several other dim sum parlors in Flushing, NYC and in Canada recently as well. It's not fair to be so critical of a place that's really so good. If you don't know what you're eating, ask the guy in the suit. He' ll be happy to explain. I go as often as I can and bring friends as well.

the only thing i liked at this place is the fried dumplings and the fish congee(rice porridge), everything else tasted like s**t. even i can cook better than this. their dim sum is below average. i especially hate their beef rice rolls, and their beef meat balls were also way below average. both are usually popular items at good dim sum places, but this place is not worth going to. the only reason this place is in the top 10 is cause they paid them off like joe's shanghai and the other restaurants that bribed their way on there. or the people who reviewed it only go to restaurants that speak english. the best chinese dim sum place is in manhattan's chinatown, not in flushing's. but in flushing, the only decent dim sum place is on i think prince st. i'm not sure. i forgot what it's called. oh well. the good restaurants never get reviewed though.

They have good food there!! I remember my aunt got married and went there for her wedding dinner. Although I had a stomachache before going there, I still enjoyed the food!

I think thats a wrongplace to go for dim sum, the best in Flushing for dim sum is EAST MANOR in flushing Kissena Blvd, the viewer should try it before they give rating to Gum FUNG
