NICE PLACE BAD FOOD
By argmarce on 06/26/2007
THIS PLACE TO BE ARGENTINIAN HAS ALMOST NOTHING FROM THERE. FOOD IS TO FANCY BUT WINE IS GOOD. ONLY THE NAME OF THE RESTAURANT IS ARGENTINIAN, THAT IS SAD.

Full of Flavor
By dlwaechter on 06/11/2006
A wonderfully relaxing atmosphere with flavorful dishes unique to New York. The staff is helpful but not intrusive and the food is fantastic. Also, probably one of the best dry martinis I've ever had, kudos to the bartender.

excellent food, lousey portion
By dpdreamweaver on 03/12/2006
Argentine restaurants are known for their great wines, breads and portions of food and although the Flavors here are good to excellent on the pallet chart, the portions served were lacking unlike the traditional Argentine Restaurant. The wine and ambiance, excellent, the bread, very common, and the food, very good in flavor; but the portions were scanty. For example: we ordered a variety of foods; the empanadas are tiny a Mircoscopic size. One of the entrees ordered was the skirt steak and expected was a whole skirt steak, as serve in other Argentine restaurants, but the steak received would has made a good appetizer. I was looking forward to a tradition dessert of Pancakes con dulce de leche and it was not on the menu. After expecting a more Argentine flavor we were somewhat disappointed it did not capture “The Traditional Argentine Restaurant.”
