In ShortWith hieroglyphics painted floor-to-ceiling, a faint scent of hookah in the air, and dance-floor DJs spinning house beats, this laid-back lounge blends the earth tones of Egypt with sophistication of Soho. Waitresses in belly-baring shirts and turquoise wrap skirts offer 13 tobacco flavors and more than 20 martinis to guests reclining on Middle Eastern-styled banquets. Though both levels stick closely to the theme, a horizontal mummy case downstairs lends extra exoticism.

Great music and atmosphere
OFF THE HOOK
It was a hip hop Friday night at Moomia and is was one of the best time I have ever had. Amazing d j, he is by far one of the best hip hop dj I have heard playing. I also tried a hookah and it was the best. I have tried others, but in here you can mix flavors and make it exotic. Very spacious for dancing, great house martinis and great atmosphere. Highly recommended I defiently recommend it.

Food was ok. Ambience was good. Service incredibly slow. Drinks mediocre. It's ok for a laid-back nihgt. Did have belly-dancer which was cool.
