Relish   

Last night, some friends and I dined in Relish's lovely outdoor seating area, but not before a lengthy wait that wasn't terminated until I reminded the staff that we weren't, in fact, just there to loiter. Gracious and unfettered, they served our first round of drinks at no charge: we forgave them (it's not as though prolonged pre-dinner conversation with friends is unpleasant, anyway). The warm goat cheese salad, which included a scattering of candied pistachios, was superb; my salmon entree included a cauliflower and almond puree and vegetables which, drizzled with the wine sauce, made for a zippy concoction. I'll certainly visit again.
