S O B's   

The music and dance scene is actually pretty good, however the service is, without exception, the worst I, or anyone in my party has ever experienced. I'm going to do my best to make my review as unbiased as possible. We had a large party, 16, the format is a bit confusing, when I spoke with someone on the phone, he stated that it would be a $15 cover after 7, or a 1 dish per person min if we got a table, also it was ladies night so women got in free before 7. Much of the party arrived before 7 and we had a reservation for 6 (I admit I should have booked for more, but evites aren't exactly proof positive that someone will attend) When I arrived I stated that I had a table reserved, but was still asked to pay the cover, which I did. I met up with my friends, we ordered dinner and drinks, drinks came at a slow, but steady pace, however the food took roughly an hour. I also noticed a group of 2 people who arrived about 30 min after us received their entrées about 30 min before we received ours. I mentioned to the hostess that we had not received our food, she said we would have it in 5 min. Apx. 15 min later we began receiving our orders. This was a bit annoying, but at the time I chalked it up to being very busy and most likely under-staffed. Once the bill came the real problems started. After passing around the bill we came up about $130 short of the total, we then re-collected money until we had enough, at which point we recounted 3 times to make sure we had the correct amount, I then personally handed the bill to the waitress; She then returned to the table saying that we were $100 short. After some discussion we all concurred that we had indeed counted correctly, I spoke with the floor manager, who then in turn spoke with the actual manager. I spoke with the manager and explained the situation. Immediately after I had finished he said "So you admit that you had miss counted" (in reference to that original amount that was apx. $130 short) I tried to explain that I had not miss counted, but that everyone had not put in enough money... this was lost on him as he demanded that we pay the deficit immediately. (While all this was going on a bouncer was placed near the exit of our tables) After a lot of back and forth, the majority of the party decided to just pay the extra $100 and be done with it. So after that situation was dealt with, about 30 min pass before the floor manger comes over, and tells us that we have to vacate the table that we were occupying. As we still had drinks that we had paid for we were not so inclined to do so. About 5 min after that she came and tuned up the lights and insisted that we leave. At that point we had had enough and decided to go. I said to the manager, and I quote: "We are very disappointed with the service that we have received tonight" Her response was: "I hope none of you ever come back, please don't come back". SOBs has been, without exception, the worst customer service that I have ever received. I, nor any of my party will ever patronize their establishment again. If you want to go there, go for the music and the dancing, don't bother with the over priced food, drink, and horrible customer service.
