Back from the Islands and need a taste of goat roti, curried conch or fried kingfish? Sandy's has that, and lots of Trinidadian versions of East Indian dishes as well, like rice and dhal with coconut chutney. Or try some fried allo served with "buss-up-shot" (Caribbean for Indian paratha bread). Chase it all with a glass of whipped sea moss or a tangy sorrel drink.
