I can't believe this is the same place that some of the reviews I am reading here are talking about! My sister, my cousin and my niece all went last sunday and it was magnificent! we only waited 30 mins, our waitor was very witty and the ultimate blt's were SO, SO very DELICIOUS! we shared our desserts - the frozen hot chocolate and i thought i was in heaven! my only, very slight complaint was the table of tweens next to us that were so loud and bordering unruly, but we were on the way out anyway so that didn't dampen it for me. they were there to party and were having a good time so i guess they would agree w/ my review too lol! it is a MUST see and visit in my opinion! yeah the wait is long but you could just walk around the neighborhood instead of standing outside the restaurant. ehhh the frozen hot chocolate is ok...i couldn't finish it all because my stomach couldn't take it! I recommend you share it with a friend because it is really huge! the shepherd's pie was pretty good.

The Frrrrozen Hot chocolate is delicious. If you are hesitant about the two or more hour wait, then put your name on the list, and have dinner down the street. You can enjoy delicious desserts at serendipity 3 afterwards.
