Trattoria Romana   

This Staten Island restaurant offers authentic Roman-style cuisine, right down to the 20 varieties of thin-crust, brick-oven pizza. Appetizers include the baccal salad, Sicilian-style stuffed artichokes and baked portobello mushrooms served over green vegetables. Half the entres are fish and seafood dishes, among them a seafood platter of shrimp, clams, mussels, calamari and ocean perch served over black linguine. The menu also features a generous selection of pastas as well as such favorites as lamb chops, osso buco served with polenta and baby rack of lamb.
