TRULY AMAZING
We have been going to Triomphe for the past 4 years now and I can't say enough GREAT things about this restaurant. Not only is the staff friendly and knowledgeable without being obtrusive, but the things Chef Steve Sobel does with simple fresh ingredients blows me away!
Have their tasting menu, paired with or without food it's the selections are truly deliscious and spectacular! I always get their seared scallops for a mini plate and their lamb entree....It's like I've died and gone to heaven!

Well, I chose Triomphe for our anniversary because I found spectacular reviews in the New York Times, Zagat's Fodor's - and my wife couldn't have been more pleased. So was I, as a matter of fact. The food was not just excellent, but it was extraordinarily creative; presentation, taste, service, all seemed to flow without being intrusive. Triomphe is one of the few top restaurants where the customer comes first, even before the "scene". What is more, the thoughtful decibel level will let you enjoy conversation, as well as the food. Highly recommended!
