I purchased (2) sofa's one had to be a special order. We were asked if we wanted one sofa right away. We said no ,That we would wait until the special ordered one was ready and take delivery of both then. This was in early November.The projected date of delivery was in early January '06.They called last weekend and said that both items were finished and ready for delivery. They arrived at my house on Saturday with one item .Not with the sleeper sofa.Now our Christmas is ruined . We have to entertain with mixed matched furniture. I am so not satisfied. I'll never shop there again. After speaking with my sales person, She said "I told you that only one was ready".That was the one they had in stock the day of purchase.So if they had one in stock in November , why did it take them (6) weeks to deliver the one sofa.Never again !!!

quite impressed with gentlemen who work here. they were knowledgable and helpfull. i wish i could say the same for the "ladies".

I went in looking for a living room set. As I entered I was attacked by women who asked what I was looking for. I told her I was just looking and if I needed help I would ask for her. She followed me through the store for over 20 minutes adding her comments that were not asked for on everything I looked at. I was very interested in a sectional sofa set. When I did have a question about the mattress in the sleeper part of the sofa she answered me like I was an idiot. I should have known that all the sleepers come with a certain mattress. When asking about an upgraded mattress she told me that I didn't want an upgraded mattress and that the one that came with the set would be fine. How can she know what I wanted? She must be a mind reader also. I found the same sofa at Jason's in Ocean. Wasn't bothered by a sales person. When I was ready to purchase the sectional the salesman answered all my questions and had great suggestions.
