Hawthorn Suites-Tinker Afb   

We paid in advance and reserved a room at this hotel. Upon arrival we were given a different room than we paid for. We were treated rudely and told "too bad" and that we couldn't get our money back. Manager also treated us rudely and only after repeated contact moved us to the correct room. Another party in our group also made reservations that were not honored and were also treated rudely. They apparently overbook their King Leisure rooms then surprise you when you get there with a double bed. Don't even bother with the help ... customer service isn't their "thing". Plus, morning of checkout ... we were locked out of our room while at breakfast a full hour before checkout. Took a act of congress to get us back in our room.
