I grew up in S Omaha and that was a treat to finally go to the legendary steakhouse, very upsetting to say the least when I finally did. Gorats was better and I lost interest in them years ago. The market price went up and the sacrifice must have been on the customer. I ordered a steak, MR and got well done and wished I had gotten fried chicken... I work for a man that serves a killer prime rib, and man do folks like the meal, great price too. How much did that horrible prime rib cost?

My husband and I went there for our first anniversary . We had the prime rib, it was tough and awful.

Great food and even a great Wine List. The family who has owned Johnny’s for decades is working very hard to make it “the place to eat out” just like it was for so many decades in Omaha. Don’t over look the Wine Tastings on Wed. night.
