**Formerly FRENCH 75** A lively French bistro specializing in traditional country French cuisine. The menu also features an offering of French and American bistro classics including French Onion Soup, Escargot, Sandwiches, Crepes, Fresh Seafood and Souffl?s. The decor features leather booths, stamped tin ceilings, and decorative period lighting and artwork. The red glass and candle-lit bar features a selection of signature martinis, champagne cocktails, beers on tap and French and California wines by the glass and carafe, and offers the perfect ambience with weekday "Happy Hour".

Wow Factor
My wife and I have dined there and handful of times and it always feels like a dining event. The service and food are high class while still maintaining a comfortable feel. The waiters are there throughout making sure your meal is perfect. This place has got it figured out. Keep up the good work and we look forward to getting back there real soon.
great for clients
I take business clients out all over LA and OC for lunch and dinner and I just have to say, Rouge was a great choice. My sales clients were from the Chicago area and wanted to try something different so I took them to Rouge - They loved the atmoshere and the food was excellent. It made a great impression on them and therefore was a good reflection on our company too. Great Service and a wonderful menu!
Excellent
I took my Wife to Rouge for our Annv. and found it to be a romantic evening. She loved the decor and ambience and I loved the Martini selection and bar area. The food was fun, exquisite and fantastic. Will definitely return and tell others.
