The food is good to excellent. However, I expect to purchase what is on the menu. 9 out of 10 times when I want a shake, the machine is down. Recently it has been down a week or more. There does not seem to be concern by the employees that I am upset when most of the time I order a shake they have to tell me the machine is down. For this reason I rate this site only FAIR
