Students and faculty of UCI come to de-intellectualize, opting for the tangible overture of a foamy-headed Titanium Wheat -- a house brew with 9% alcohol. It's made to dull the sharpest minds down to a non-analytical stupor. The high ceiling and rampant wood and glass dcor keep conversation levels loud and echoed, but it's not overwhelming. And the interior or heated patio make for a chillin' fist date spot. Lunchtime attracts corporate lemmings, while night brings on students, cracking books, ordering cheap and listening to live acoustic acts. -- CJ Bahnsen
