Sushi Shibucho   

Every sushi fan has that stable of restaurants they're loathe to share but usually do. It's the age-old food fight; do I keep this place to myself and save it from being mobbed, or should I do the right thing and spread the love? Sushi Shibuco is on many such lists. Small and intimate, this is not the place you want to arrive at only to find daikon devotees filling every empty space at the bar. But those devotees likely already know about this OC fave. Try the lovely salmon rolls or tasty toro, and don't forget the sake, at this restaurant that keeps the classics authentic and extremely delicious.
