Just a few blocks from the Huntington Beach Pier, surfers, students, beach goers, tourists and rollerbladers flock to "T.K.'s" (as locals refer to it) to sample the tasty quarter-pound, traditional hamburgers. Also on the menu are a 6-ounce chicken breast sandwich and the ever-popular steak sandwich, which is more than filling. Veggie and turkey burgers, various sandwiches, corn dogs, chicken salad, fries and crispy onion rings are offered, but most come for the plain old meat-cheese-bun variety, which comes with Thousand Island dressing, pickles, lettuce, onion and tomato. -- Victoria Namkung
