Knowlwood Restaurant   

when i was younger i loved going to knowlwood, but now i have mixed feelings after reading these review , dirty tables and floors, rude staff, under or over cooked food, but then their are people who love the food so i dont know

Was very disappointed with the service and especially the food! My fries were cold and dry and my fiancee's hamburger had lots of gristle. Floor and tables could use a good cleaning. I definitely would NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Wow, I cant' believe some of the negative comments about Knowlwood. Knowlwood is a regular lunch spots for my colleagues and I and we feel that they serve one of the best burgers around. Service is always good and the food is quality. I don't eat red meat and their turkey burger is the absolute GREATEST! Not to mention their onion rings and fries. I also have grown up on knowlwood and I have never noticed a change in the quality of food or the service.

Since the chain was sold to Dr. Nguyen about 7 years ago, the quality and service has gone downhill. It's a shame to see an Orange County icon become an overpriced, undermanaged shadow of its former self!
