Lone Star Steakhouse & Saloon   

We have been going to LoneStar for several years and always counted on a great meal. We went there Thursday and were very disappointed. We were being seated and asked for a booth we were sent back to wait . The next 3 booths open were given to other parties who had come after us while we waited. We were finally seated and it looked ok the waitress was friendly brought the drinks fairly soon . But it went downhill from there. We ordered the baked sweet potatoes usually great mine was undercooked and hard my daughters was spoiled. We could not find our waitress we fianlly broke up a conversation at the front desk to get a waiter we told him the problem and he took the potatos we asked for regular ones instead. My steak was not Medium Rare it was dry and overcooked. When our wiatress fianlly brough two new potatoes we were done with the steaks. She set them down with out even an apology. My daughter was asked if she wanted a refill on her coke she said yes but it never came. The waitress disappeared again. I realize that this is a place wher the servers do it all including the side work but when you have customers you can't strand them especially if you have served them bad food. It also took about 20 mins to get the check settled. I don't know if we will go back.

i stumbled upon this place by pure accident and was the best experience to date that i can recall.The staff was great and so was the food. I will be visting another Lone Star real soon.

Had dinner there last week. Will never go back even though the food was good. It's one of those places that blast the music every half hour so the waitresses can "line dance". Why does Management think this is what patrons want??!! Something is going to suffer...it's called SERVICE. (not to mention me). The salads were dropped off as she scurried away to dance...oops...where is our appetizer??? Then a waiter brought our dinner. Finally the appetizer appeared and the waitress said she would bring the salads. We reminded her that we already had them. She giggled and said she got mixed up because she had to dance. I'll never go back. A much better ribeye can be had at Macaroni Grill for the same price.
