Rate and Write a Review Like any good spy with an eye for excitement, you'll have to seek out this cool addition to downtown Orlando's bar scene. Sandwiched in an unaesthetic alleyway between the Independent Bar and Planet Pizza, the entrance to EyeSpy won't exactly jump out at you. But that's the point at this clandestine club, where you have to use a password to get in (visit the website to learn what it is before you go). Chinese characters on the club's yellow sign are meant to mislead folks who aren't in the know. Inside, spy gadgets are on display, and bookcases conceal secret rooms. Surveillance cameras throughout complete the spy life vibe, allowing patrons to "fulfill voyeuristic desires in a private atmosphere." Saturday nights are called "Mr. KissKiss-BangBang" -- insiders' code for James Bond. Undercover DJs spin on the weekends, while swanky jukebox music sets the tone for sipping top-secret concoctions during the week. Developed around the concept of a "safehouse" for agents from around the world, EyeSpy is the place to go if you're after a little international appeal here in O-Town, and Epcot isn't exactly your style. The general air of mischief promotes some cheeky behavior from the patrons, making EyeSpy a great singles destination -- even if you're bad with opening lines you can always spark a conversation based on the uniqueness of your setting.
