'50s Prime Time Cafe   

If June Cleaver were still around, she'd be the head chef and hostess at the 50's Prime Time Cafe in Disney-MGM Studios. Dine on just-like-mom-used-to-make-'em favorites amidst 1950s decor and decorum while vintage sitcoms play on the TV. Even your accessories on the Formica tables bring back domestic memories of yore, with cow-shaped salt and pepper shakers and watermelon napkin holders. The menu features tasty comfort foods like pot roast and chicken potpie. But if you've never been able to do the meatloaf thing, this place's version probably won't go down any easier. The milkshakes are thick and yummy, especially the peanut butter and jelly blend. And desserts include the All-American campfire classic -- S'mores. Kids get off easier here than at home with a special menu offering hot dogs and fries (and not a Brussels sprout in sight). The servers are cast as your family members so expect some funny remarks. Wear a baseball cap to the table and you're likely to be told just how inappropriate that is, and be sure to watch your elbows. Just be good boys and girls and clear your plates -- you'll get a round of applause for joining the "Clean Plate Club."
