E O Inn & Spa   

Well, youll find roaches in any building across Florida... it happens. Ive found that the inn specializes in a more comfortable stay, and the spa's prices are unbelievably reasonable. If you were looking for the four points sheraton... its about two blocks over. Keep your rude, and childish review... or should I say opinion to yourself, and next time you see a roach... step on it. I love the place, its got a real trendy atmosphere and I know ill come back again.

Arrived for an "invigorating spa day" with my girlfriend. First encounter upon signing in was a roach climbing over her clipboard. This was bad enough, but then the spa director and hotel manager ignored our concern and proceeded to argue with us. We tried to explain that a guest about to spend several hours and (not to mention several hundred dollars),leave their clothing in your lockers might be a tad turned off by sighting a roach first thing. They did not care nor try to allay our concerns. Based on that treatment, we decided to leave. A letter to their managment went unanswered. I guess they're just too cool for school. If you're looking for courteous, considerate treatment, (and apparently people who care about hygiene) don't look for it here.
