Kmart   

the store hasn't ever been remodeled from what i can tell. its like stepping in a time machine back into the eighties. it once was the only discount store in ocala (on that side of town) but its kmart. people expect that kind of thing. really cheap clothes. i saw pants the other day for $1!

The store layout is very nice but the exception of the electronic dept and one young "stock boy" the staff is not helpful at all. They are much more concerned with getting stock up rather than assisting the customers. This will be the downfall of this comp if things do not change. I know they have lost one customer and hopefully more with the reading of this posting. When they mgmt takes initiative to conduct better training I believe will be the turning point.
