But the top level of the Church Street party palace is still a great place to decompress on a balmy Florida night. Wood plank walkways and a decor heavy on bamboo totems and flickering tiki lights set the island-getaway ambiance -- the notoriously stiff cocktails do the rest. Wednesday nights get packed, drawing an interesting mix of college kids and downtown office workers who head upstairs to chill out after the nickel beer specials have ended at Big Belly. And Friday's are always busy thanks to two-for-one drink specials all night. Relaxing at a table here while taking in the rooftop views whisks you away.
