BAD SERVICE ok food

10 office staff members came to eat at 630pm for two hours we patiently waited for our food, when we asked what was the hold up they aswered that they had a large party and that our food would not take too long. By 930pm food finally started arriving, at that point we all asked for take home boxes due to loss of appetite. The next day I ate my steak wich was not what I was expecting. I would not recomend this restaurant to anyone looking to get quality service.

Over-rated, poor service

We were looking forward to dining at Del Friscos, but was disappointed on 7/2/2004. The restaurant was not busy at 5:30PM. The waiter did not take our order correctly, forgetting our bisque, the salad was diner quality with two whole pieces of cold bacon layed ontop instead of crumbles, the steak arrived before we were finished with the salad, and three different waiters were at our table. We didn't know who was our waiter. After gathering up our doggie boxes, the wait staff did not bring a bag over, we had to ask twice, juggling the boxes precariously out the door. The steak was ok, grissly and nothing spectacular. Give me Ruth's Chris anyday!

Very disappointed

Went to Del Frisco's for a special occasion and had asked for a "romantic" table when reservations were made. We ended up stuck in a back room with the only 4-top table. The remainder of tables were 8-12 each and loud. We had several waiters. Quality of food was ok but I would rather have spent $160 on a romantic dinner. I do admit that the waiter's rear end that waited on the 10 top behind us was an added attraction. Donna - Lake Mary, FL.

DECENT STEAK

Staff was prompt, however, server must have been a recently layed off used car salesman. Temperature recommendations were inaccurate, all our steaks were overcooked! Tables were too close together for comfort! Suggested appetizer was $64!!! Buyer beware!!
