I had cannelloni, my wife had a vegetable calzone. The cannelloni was closer to manicotti. Too much ricotta, not enough meat. Sauce was OK, somewhat homemade taste. Service was attentive, no problems there. If we found ourselves in the area we'd go back but wouldn't make a special trip.

Since moving to their present location from the previous spot in Goldenrod, they still draw patrons from the east side of town. Of all the Italian food I have ever had, this is simply the best.

One of about two restaurants in Orlando that is not a chain and is good across the board. Big portions, good quality and not to harsh on the wallet. In any other city this is a solid restaurant, in this chain mecca this is like hitting the Italian Lottery. Keep up the good work.

I go to Il Pescatore when I feel homesick for the Italian ghetto I grew up in NYC and I always come out feeling like it was well worth the visit. This is down home Italian cooking...nothing fancy...just good Italian food prepared with pride and love...just like home! Service is very good too and Stefano and Marie go out of their way to welcome you and make sure you're happy.
