sometimes a little TOO much hip-hop with not enough crap-pop mized in. also, if you're gonna be upstairs and on the dance floor, DANCE. don't just stand there nursing a drink all night and protecting your girlfriends from being bumped into. i have no qualms about dancing hard into you and knocking you around for being a fool.

I love this place!!! This has definitely become my favorite neighborhood, especially since it's only 4 blocks away from me. The bartenders are all really nice, they have a great selection of beer on tap (Hoegaarden!!), and the music is diverse but always good. We've met some nice, interesting people at 700, which is a much-needed break from the homogeneous crowd of boring yupppies that you sometimes find at Old City bars. I love the people that hang out at 700... and the upstairs is sooo coool!!!!

this club really sucks. seriously, when i came here to find single guys, they turned out to be complete nerds!!! trust me, this club is a nightmare. and instead of hip music, they play polka and salsa. it's disgusting.

Now that I have read these two totally different reviews I guess I will have to go see for my self.
