Rising above the Parkway, the Embassy Suites Hotel is fetchingly decked out in an all-season white facade. This hotel has a curved edge, so most rooms and suites have views or balconies of the Parkway (which makes these rooms popular during Art Museum fireworks shows). At the edge of the parkway, it is within walking distance of Philadelphia's major museums. Restaurants within walking distance are the Dock Street Brewery (right across the street), Rouge 99, and Marzano. In a very nice gesture, the hotel offers free cooked-to-order breakfast in their atrium and complimentary beverages during their Evening Reception. -- Elva Ramirez

The majority of the staff at this establishment are very friendly and customer oriented. However that attitude does not translates itself to the night crew working after midnight. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable (the heating units are loud), but the amenities are excellent. One suggestion to the management: When you have a bunch of kids staying , please insure they are well supervised and are assigned to a designated floor....they do become unruly and disturbe other guests.... Another suggestion is to start breakfast service on the weekend a little later and keep it a little longer...Not everyone wants to eat at 7:30 AM on Sat. or Sun.
All said, it has been a good experience staying at this hotel.
