In ShortRight away you'll notice the single shell of local hero, Jack Kelly, suspended from the ceiling, as well as cases full of boating trophies and memorabilia. One side of the room features a mural of Philly's picturesque Boathouse Row, the trademark twinkling lights actually set into the wall. The bar fills up with upwardly mobile types at their predictable leisure times, particularly for a power happy hour of mediocre drinkables.
